ROLE 1: CUSTOMER MANUAL (/portal)
Selecting Your App Workspace
Upon logging into the portal, your dashboard displays all active application licenses assigned to your account. Each card represents a unique extraction connection.
Triggering OTP on the Target Platform
Open the external application (e.g., Udemy, Google, Perplexity) in a separate tab. Initiate the login process and ensure the system sends the code to your listed email address.
The 1-Click Request OTP Action
Once the email is sent, return to the portal and click the 'Request OTP' button. The system initiates an on-demand IMAP link for 30 seconds.
Extracting & Copying the Code
As soon as the code is detected, it will be streamed to your screen. Click the copy button and paste it into the target platform.
Security: Changing Your PIN
Keep your account secure by regularly updating your 4-8 digit access PIN. This can be found in the account menu.
ROLE 2: ADMIN / SELLER MANUAL (/admin/gmail)
Connecting Gmail Inboxes via App Passwords
To allow the system to read OTPs without sharing your primary password, use Gmail App Passwords. This requires 2-Step Verification to be enabled on your Google account.
Configuring OAuth2 Connections
For enterprise setups, use the Google Workspace connector. Click 'Connect', select your account, and if prompted with 'App not verified', click Advanced -> Go to System (unsafe).
Building Regex & Filters
Rules determine which emails are scanned. Set the exact sender email and a Regex pattern to capture numeric or alphanumeric codes.
Customer Quota & Access Management
Create customer profiles and assign them to specific apps. Set their extraction limits (e.g., 50 OTPs/month) to prevent abuse.
ROLE 3: MASTER ADMIN MANUAL
Workspace Overview & Health Check
Monitor the health of your entire tenant. Track total workspaces, active inboxes, and real-time throughput metrics.
Team Member Roles & Delegation
Scale your operations by inviting Team Members. Assign 'Admin' for full config access or 'Operator' for day-to-day customer management.
Billing & Invoice History
Manage your subscription and payments. For manual POL (Polygon) payments, ensure you submit the correct Transaction ID (TxID) for auto-activation.
ROLE 4: SUPERADMIN MANUAL (/superadmin)
Payment Gateway Setup & API Configuration
Configure the platform's global revenue infrastructure. Input keys for NOWPayments (TRC-20) and ToyyibPay (FPX), and set the Polygon wallet address.
Active Workspace Deletion Protection
Workspaces with active subscriptions are locked to prevent accidental data loss. To delete a workspace, the subscription must be expired, or you must override using the secure modal.
Confirm Workspace Deletion
This action is irreversible. All Gmail connections and customer data will be destroyed.
